子宫有一些毛病

The uterus is retroverted in position and it measures 7.5x6x6.2 cm . No focal myometrial masses are seen. Endometrium measures 9 mm in thickness. There is a suspected endormetrial canal polyp is seen measuring approx. 1.2x0.7x1.2 cm in maximum dimensions. It shows vascular pedicle inside. Within the left ovary, there is a corpus luteum cyst seen measuring approx. 2.2 cm in size. The right ovary appears grossly unremarkable. No adnexal masses or pelvic fluid collection is seen。

 

子宫后倾，大小约 7.5 x 6.0 x 6.2 cm. 无肌性新生物。子宫内膜厚度为 9 mm(国人厚度为 5-10 毫米）。 有一可疑的内膜息肉， 大小约 1.2  x 0.7 x 1.2 cm, 内含有一带蒂血管。 左侧卵巢内有一黄体囊肿，大约 2.2 cm. 右侧卵巢无明显阳性发现。 未见有附件肿瘤，也未见盆腔积液。
