请这里的医生帮朋友看一下颈椎X-Ray的结果

There is minimal cervical spondylosis with disc space narrowing and bony ridging at C5-6 and C6-7.  The dens is intact.  Neuroforamen are patent bilaterally.

朋友经常感到头痛头晕背疼，不知可颈椎有关系吗？
