metformin 的副作用

看起来像metformin导致的副作用。听说一旦用上insulin,终生不能停用

糖对于人体，就象汽油对于车。相对于高血糖，其实低血糖更危险。正如网友 jk66 所说：“来看看低血糖症状严重了啥样。。。临床上表现为一系列交感神经兴奋（出汗、心慌、面色苍白、四肢颤抖、饥饿感、软弱无力等）和中枢神经系统功能紊乱（意识模糊、头痛、头晕、言语障碍、幻觉、精神病样发作、痴呆、甚至昏迷等）的症候群。”

我先生服用过几年Metformin，他经常手抖，一吃糖马上好了。吃 Metformin 几年了也没有改善他的血检指标。吃 Metformin导致的问题到是一大堆。

后来我做了点中医研究（我是中医爱好者），才明白西医的降糖理论和应用都是 bull shit。

Metformin side effects

Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction to metformin: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. This medication may cause lactic acidosis (a build-up of lactic acid in the body, which can be fatal). Lactic acidosis can start slowly and get worse over time. Get emergency medical help if you have even mild symptoms of lactic acidosis, such as:

muscle pain or weakness;

numb or cold feeling in your arms and legs;

trouble breathing;

feeling dizzy, light-headed, tired, or very weak;

stomach pain, nausea with vomiting; or

slow or uneven heart rate.

Call your doctor at once if you have any other serious side effect such as:

feeling short of breath, even with mild exertion;

swelling or rapid weight gain; or

fever, chills, body aches, flu symptoms.

Less serious metformin side effects may include:

headache or muscle pain;

weakness; or

mild nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gas, stomach pain.
