说话太难听，一点都不为病人着想

什么叫让医护感到无奈，到医院去的目的不是为了让医护高兴，是要治好病，这是病家的唯一目的。你到商店去买东西，是为了让sales person高兴？本末倒置，一些最基本的职业操守都没有。
