This patient is doing better now

My past note mentioned that we needed some data from pre-dialysis condition. We have had two group of data which showed pre-dialysis condition, and one group of data showing post-dialysis condition. If we could have the third group of data showing pre-dialysis condition without a sharp rebounce, that could be good to confirm the well going trend.

If the data shown as above was the one just measured before dialysis, it could shows to me that the patient's renal function was stable and improving.

The patient got fatique and sleepy and such thing made his spouse worried. However, this time his symptom might come from other causes, such as unhappiness due to a discrimination.  "Let's go home!", such words indicated the patient's anger.

Some expert in this wab site said that BUN is not much toxic, rather it is just a parameter showing renal function.  This statement is against most of the literature.  This patient often got fatique, sleepy and dizziness when his BUN was above 50.  The BUN increase has a negative impack to brain, and it is called Uremic encephalopathy.

This time the patient had a BUN around 30, much lower than before, I would think his emotion, unhappiness, sleepy, fatique could be caused by discrimination from the hospital.
