嗓子里每天都有很多黏糊糊的粘液，往上涌，吐都吐不干净

另外痰也很多，我想这是肺火过旺吧，就每天炖一锅萝卜汤喝，和完倒是感觉好很多，但第二天依旧，另外我还吃润喉糖

请问各位怎么根除这个东西？
