大家帮忙看看是什么病？有照片

有一国内老家亲戚，4，5 年前开始，舌头两侧出现蓝点，并逐渐增多；现在嘴唇也有，没有任何不舒服，有点像墨水。检查查不出原因；有怀疑铅中毒，但已经检查不是。蓝色没有高出皮肤。
