amlodipine it is now 168/88.

Have high BP once in a while since 2012. With running of marathon, I thought it will take care so I have not taken the prescribed medicine.

To night suddenly having bad headache. Measure the BP and it was 190 over 101 with 56 heart rate. So I knew something is wrong. Will wait for a while. if the BP is still high, I will go to ER.

The headache on the top of the right side is the most concerning. It is better now.
