用椰子油漱口: 是早上漱还是晚上漱? 漱完后再刷牙还是刷牙后再漱?

潄后把椰子油咽了? 还是吐了? 老看有人推荐用椰子油漱口, 总是不太敢. 最近牙有点疼想试试. 谢谢.
