肠胃不好也可以口臭，特别是老年人

我发现一些老年人，食管反流，常常有口臭，如果胆汁反流，肠道的气味也出来了，就更臭，听说，胃癌的人口臭更是难闻，据说有用警犬测试胃癌的。
口腔疾病，当然引起口臭。
