两个眼睛的外眼角不停出少量眼泪，不成行，不明显，自己感觉到不停往外出。别人看不出眼泪在流，但注意看，就会发现眼角有一点湿湿的。

请问这是什么问题？可以推荐种over the counter的眼药水吗？
眼睛不疼，不肿，没有特别的红（一直就有点红丝）
补充一点，猛的一低头，整个眼睛 （两只眼睛都这样）就充满了眼泪，一下流出来那种。
