A father is facing jail after giving medicinal cannabis oil to his dying daughter as he tried to ease her suffering.
Adam Koessler was arrested and charged earlier this month, after giving two-year-old Rumer Rose the oil as he tried to treat her later-stage cancer.
The youngster has stage 4 neuroblastoma - a cancer which forms in the nerve tissue and has left Rumer with just a 50% chance of survival.
But after giving her the oil mixed with coconut Mr Koessler, from Cairns in Australia, says his daughter showed "miraculous" signs of improvement.
He told Australian newspaper the Newcastle Herald: “Her cancer-ridden little body was alive again – Rumer had almost instant quality of life.
