被查有mobile lumpiness 后两次B超都没事

两周前在此发帖咨询右乳房有mobile lumpiness，好心人回复了我。后两次B超，不同的医生都显示没有lumpiness，我是不是可以认可医生放宽心了？但让我每天吃3000MG的evening promise oil.
