Mercury is still present as a preservative in most vaccines, including flu shot. Many people are under the false impression that it was removed from vaccines between 2000 and 2002, but this is not accurate. As reuslt of fact, Congressman Dan Burton, during a congressional hearing held in 2003 regarding this specific issue, asked for criminal sanctions to be brought against the head of the FDA and FTC. Yet, nothing was done. The media failed to report the story, and the mercury continues to be used in the manufacturing process of all vaccines.
