请大家帮我看看我的情况。 我年刚过50，近期胸背痛和腹痛。医生建议3 月后再检查胸片。 我的检查报告如下：

Chest x-ray:
Findings: the lung are adequately expanded and the pulmonary vasculture is normal. There is a new 5mm nodule projecting in the right suprahilar lung see only on frontal prjection. There is no evidence of pleural fluid or pneumothorax. the cardiac silhouette and mediastinal structures are normal. There are no significant abnormalities of the chest wall.
 
我有甲状腺问题3年。近期检查报告是：
Ultraound:
Multinodular thyroid with dominant located within the superior pole of the right thyroid measuring up to 1.3cm. no significant interval change.

我1年前发现有 1) Cecal polyp, polypectomy: --sessile serrared adenoma.2) Proximal transverse colon polyp, polypectomy: - benign colon mucosa including a small lymphoid aggregate. --no adenomatous epithelium identified.

我到底生什么了？我还需要什么进一步检查？谢谢大家。
