我没有读全文,但是我个人觉得是个值得阅读的论文。主要是研究低碳对胆固醇脂蛋白的影响,同时证明蛋黄起到两个作用:提高HDL,使LDL颗粒变成大型的。
实验经费来源是鸡蛋协会哦。

上面的是说吃了蛋黄里的胆固醇不会使血液里胆固醇升高(没有坏处),这个是说吃了蛋黄会使胆固醇脂蛋白的比例变好(有好处)
