请大家帮忙看看， 我的 pathology report:
1. Cecal polyp, polypectomy:
- Sessile serrated adenoma.
2.Proximal transverse colon polyp, polypectomy:
- benign colonic mucosa including a small lymphoid aggregate,
- No adenomatous epithelium identified.
 
这是什么病？严重吗？如何治疗？平时需要注意什么？
