麻烦大家家帮我们看看这个b超结果，万分感激！

病人有胃庝及胃溃疡的症状,医生让做上腹的b超.现在检查结果是这样的.
The liver measures10.3cm. There is an indeterminate echogenic region of the caudate lobe or possibly from the left lobe. This is not associated with increases vascularity. The remainder of the liver is un remarkable.
gallblader, bile duck, pancreas, spleen, both kidneys and aorta are are un remarkable. Nonascite.
conclusion:
indeterminate echologetic focus near the caudate lobe
Follow up with ct is recommended for further evaluation.

病人女性41岁.近二年里只是偶尔胃痛.最近才开始吃处方葯治疗胃溃疡.在做B超的同时也做了一血液检查, 有轻度贫血,103(这个项目正常值的下限是120）.

CT估计要等段时间才能排到.有些担心, 大家帮助看看是不是很严重的情况.
