阿司匹林可以预防结肠息肉(colon polyps)吗？

5年前，公公结肠镜检查出有结肠息肉,医生把它割下来。最近结肠镜检查再一次发现4毫米结肠息肉.据说阿司匹林可以预防结肠息肉
