请问中医高手，上身发热下身发冷，应该是阴阳不调吧？什么中成药

比较好？我在网上收索了一下，有建议金匮地黄丸，但又看到有人说吃了一段时间金匮之后大便不那么通畅。我多年慢性便秘，刚刚通过吃了一段时间的补中之后缓解了，有点害怕吃了不对症的中成药反而搞混乱。

另外，补中可以和这些肾气丸同时服用吗？
