 有腹泄， 她反复腹泄5年余， 加重伴右下腹痛一月， 6月3日入医院- 6月10日出

院

但墨菲氏症阴性，大便有时夹少量粘液，无浓血， 无发热；

 

有没有什么药或建议，非常感谢
