What's wrong with this 5-year-old's immune system?

(Sorry that I can't type Chinese here...)

My friend has a 5-year-old boy in China.  The boy gets sick easily from his kindergarten class and has lived in 3 newly constructed homes. 
The parents were very concerned and took him to the doctor.  The doctor thought that he has some problems in his immune system and gave him some medicine for his weak immune system.
Attached please see the lab results and the medicine.

The parents (and grandparents!) are very worried, and would like to check on 1) whether the boy's problem is serious; 2) whether the doctor prescribed the right medicine.

Would anyone here know more about this type of condition?
