请教一个上鄂巨痒的问题，热心人请进

我知道过敏引起上鄂痒，流鼻涕，打喷嚏。吃了过敏药，流鼻涕，打喷嚏都没有了，可上鄂还痒，耳朵也痒。
有时候也没有流鼻涕打喷嚏，可上鄂还痒，用手指用力按上鄂，鼻涕，眼泪又都出来了。

我的问题是过敏为什么会引起上鄂发痒？是因为上鄂充血吗？通过什么方式能查出来充血的程度？一旦充血了就很难消失对吗？
能通过手术方式把充血组织拿掉吗？谢谢
