costco的葡萄防腐剂的问题

costco的葡萄又大又甜，这次又买了，无意中看到包装上写着用了sulfur dioxide保鲜防腐，难怪看起来水灵灵的。查了一下，是二氧化硫。有人知道这个吗？去皮吃会不会好些？
