术前Nottingham Grade is 1; 术后变成2级了. 请问您应该是以哪个为准啊？

invasive ductal carsinoma

Ductal Carcinoma in situ

DCIS Size/Span:  Associated with invasive carcinoma (10% of mass)
Extensive DCIS (?25%): No
DCIS Nuclear Grade: High
DCIS Necrosis: Present, comedo-tpe
