What's wrong with my penis?

Hi, there,

My penis has some red grain every time after intercourse even I use condom. Then it will disappear two days later. There is also some white stuff when I cratch the GUI TOU. It has been like this more than a year. If I don't use condom, my wife's virgin will also has some white stuff too. But if I use condom, she is fine. I wonder if I have some disease on my penis and what's it and how to cure it?
