读了好几遍，但是还是不能明白，请各位帮忙.多谢！！

Findings:

A 1.7 cm lytic lesion with surrounding sclerosis is noted within the left iliac bone (series 3, image 126). There is a subcentimeter right femoral haed bony island

Impression:

The 1.7 cm lytic lesion with surrounding sclerosis is noted in the left iliac bone is nonspecific. Correlate clinically for any history of malignancy. This finding can be followed up with a CT of the pelvis in the next 3-6 months to ensure stability or pelvic MRI if clinically indicated.
