Take it easy, calcifications even clustered does not mean you got cancer. Due to the limitation of mammogram and ultrasound , which only can find suspicious area, but cannot confirm. Only biopsy can tell whether it is cancer or not. Many women with dense breast tissues more likely go through this process, mammogram -- ultrasound -- biopsy.  
Take it easy and prepare for the biopsy.  Ask your doctor what type of biopsy you will have.
