请这里的医生帮我看下我的breast ultyasound,我这种情况有必要做活检吗

因为2个月前B超做出来，右乳有个怀疑的8MM的肿块，建议我做钼靶来决定要不要活检，但钼靶做出来没有问题，所以现在医生建议我去医院再做个B超，他说医院比外面相对更准确一点，因为我的钼靶是在医院做的，现在B超结果是没有什么问题，现在医生要我半年后再followup.但我还是有点担心，毕竟上次B超做出来不好，希望您们帮我看一下，谢谢。
Corresponding to left-sided area of concern in the upper-outer quadrant of the right breast aroung 10;30 radian is a focal ovoid hypoechoic area, isoechoic to other fat lobules throughout the breast, this is surrounded by dense fibroglandular tissue,right at the fibroglandular margin, I suspect giving an ineffectual impression of a true lesion ,previous mammography through this region shows no corresponding concerning masses.with only fibroglandular and fatty tissue.there is no convincing speciflcally concerning lesion on real-time imaging. I would recommend this be followed as probably benign with short interval followup ultrasound in 6 months and subsequent annual screening  mammography with right breast ultrasound in September2014,assuming ongoing stability
