请帮忙看一下MRI的结果，是不是很严重呀？腰疼得很，很担心能不能治好

L4-L5 broad-based annular bulge is noted. Mild degenerative facet changes are present. Mild foraminal narrowing is noted on the left

L5-S1 broad-based disc bulge leads to bilateral moderate subarticular zone stenosis with contact of both S1 nerve roots. Nerual foramina are patent bilaterally

Impression:
Broad based annular bulge L5-S1 results in moderate bilateral subarticular zone stenosis.
