羊水的成分承受妊娠的增长而不断变化。早期和中期妊娠的羊水清澈,足月妊娠的羊水则是一种碱性的白色混浊体,内含肉眼可见的小片混悬物质(脂皮,上皮细胞, 毳毛等),其比重在1.007-1.025之间,水分占98%,其余1%-2%为无机盐和有机物质,如钠,钾,钙,镁离子,葡萄糖,蛋白质,脂肪酸,胆红素,尿素,肌酐,雌激素,孕激素,胎盘泌乳素,溶菌酸及脱离细胞等。所以是咸的。。。
