My friend's Answer:

1. Your uterus is arranged in a normal size because you had a baby 9 months ago. The endometrium is thickener, rather than the uterus is bigger before the menstrual period is coming.

2. Endometrial stripe thickness measures 2 cm by transabdominally is less accurate than 1.5 cm by transvaginally. Anyway, either measurement is fine for you because 'endometrial cavity is empty' means that you don't have any possible retained product after your baby delivery.

3. “The uterus is anteverted” 和 “The myometrium is homogeneous in echotexture are normal findings.

4. Follicular cysts are normal findings, even though the largest measurement is 2 cm. However, ovarian cysts are abnormal findings.
