Can someone help me understand this:

A minimal focal area of osseous irregualrity and/or evolving enthesophyte formation is noted at the lateral epicondylar region of the distal humerus. This finding is not nessarily significant clinically in and of itself, but also certainly could be related to chronic "lateral epicondylitis" under appropriate clinical circumstances.
