better than the patch. Just take one tablet (not two) about an hr before the trip and you won't feel dizzy or nauseous. There is no sleepiness if you only take one tab and you can handle any normal actitives without problem. The problem with the patch is that it causes blurry vision for some prople due to the dilated pupils and that can be quite uncomfortable too.
