请教12岁男孩的包皮问题

最近发现儿子生殖器的包皮不能完全拔开，下面有半厘米的样子粘在龟头下。请问这种情况只能做手术吗？现在做还是大点儿再做？危险吗？有别的方法可以治疗吗？请各位专家不吝赐教，谢谢！
