家里的恙螨

前几天，走在草地上。从那时起，一直感觉瘙痒。皮肤上有一些红色斑点。做了谷歌搜索。看起来它是由恙螨 (chiggers) 带来。
怀疑我家现在也有恙螨。是否有任何方法来消除在家里的恙螨(从草地带来的)？
