请科普：31岁，哺乳期，前两天右乳房上方酸痛，以为是涨奶，昨天发现触摸有小肿块，

医生要求做ultrasound ,和mammography, 约了下星期做，同时开了anti-biotic ( cephalexin 500mg). 网上查了查，一般31岁的年纪都不做mammography。 请教内行人士！但愿只是infection.
