关于卵巢囊肿求好心人帮忙看一下B超结果！多谢！

我今年40岁，近几个月周期不甚规律。3月底B超检查有一大小为2.3x2.0x2.0cm的simple cyst。 6月份月经间期流血12天，昨天B超复查发现增大为2.9x1.9x2.9cm， 报告上写 “complex cyst with homogeneous low to moderate level internal echoes.
There is no extraovarian mass or free fluid. The bladder contour is normal.”

请问我应该做什么样的复查来判断囊肿（或肿瘤）是否恶性？是找妇科医生还是肿瘤科医生？假如是良性，可否考虑暂不切除卵巢继续观察（因我一直努力怀孕中）？家族中迄今没有妇科癌症史。
