1. They might have reported about another patient's result; or 2

Amylase is a little bit high indicating pancrease problem, if the level is much higher than 132, plus your severe abdominal pain and nausea, it could possibly be pancreatitis.


But make sure the report is the correct one which did not come from another patient.  If you get continuous abdominal pain and nausea from now on, you should immediately go to ER again and get a CT done and blood amylase done again since a pancreatitis would have severe complication.
