俺怀疑您的输尿管与膀胱交界处有慢性炎症引起的瘢痕狭窄，肾盂压力大时，狭窄部位能自动打开

，肾盂压力小时，狭窄部位又自动关闭。。。这是机械性的，不知道中医能否有效。。。如果膀胱仍然有慢性炎症，则应设法消除之。。。平时多站立，有利于输尿管内的尿液流入膀胱。。。

机械性的梗阻应该机械性地清除。。。
