请教：脑血流不顺畅。

因为经常头痛，头晕。家庭医生建议做了MRI.报告出来说是我的脑部血流不顺畅。医生让吃阿司批林。请问还有别的方法改善吗？这个毛病严重吗？我今年48. 谢谢朋友们
