腹膜后）肾外恶性横纹肌样瘤求治疗

国内朋友的父亲， 60岁， 经医院确诊为（腹膜后）肾外恶性横纹肌样瘤，诊断的指标为免疫组化八项和病理切片。免疫组化八项的结果为：CD34(-),Cd68(-)， HMB45(-),PLAP(-),CK(+-),MyoD1(-),Vim_+),SMA(-)。现已手术切除瘤部分， 问后续的治疗方案。据查此病在国内迄今只有10例， 国外此病多一些，真心求助此坛的人气，欢迎大家的回帖
