请问：上腹部钝痛近2月，牵引后肩后腰疼痛

上腹部左右部常刺痛或钝痛，并牵动后肩和后腰痛，有点像胆结石的症状，只是略轻，夜晚尤甚。有两个来月了，吃了胃药近20天，也没有任何改善。请问这可能是什么问题呢？胆已切除。谢谢解答。
