Now I found errors on the medical record they took for her ER vi

Our insurance company made the decision to deny the payment based on what they wrote about the symptoms. I need them to correct the errors they put there. It's something a little bit different from the question I'm asking in this post. Thank you for your input.

I took my daugher to ER for acute extreme stomache pain,at that time her face color was pale, but in the physician's note it showed that soar throat was mainly complain, and no skin rash, ..But in the RN's note I found face color pale...

I don't know if the positive test result for strep throat will support what I said about my daugher's symptoms or not.

I try to be clear, not sure if I'm. Now I'm like Xiangling Sao. Sad, have to deal with such.
