请求健谈的朋友们帮忙诊断一下

13岁的儿子，始于大约1个月前，发烧99-100F，吃了Tylenol第二天就没事了。  几天后开始头疼并感疲劳。 又过几天，感觉右臂和右手无力且伴有右指及右膝疼痛。验血及脑部，颈部MRI,EMG 神经测试都正常。 antibiotic 吃了十天，又吃了antiinflamation, 都不见好转。 儿科及神经科医生都找不出原因。 请这里的朋友们帮忙是否见过类似病历。大谢了。
