nervous after ultrasound on my thyroid

Two days I had ultrasound on my thyroid. The person who performed the procedure is really rough. She pressed against my neck so hard, I felt quite choked. I regretted I didn't remind her to be gentle. Now that area still feel hurting. When I eat,  I feel worse. The result is back and I do have some thyroid nodules, but they are normal nodules. Should I worry if she has hurt my thyroid or even those nodules? Why do I feel swollen on that area?
