My daughter has fever for about 6 day, the same thing like your kids, it is a virus . I put her in the
Bathtub when she Has fever, let her watch iPad there, sleep a lot and rest a lot. Don't go out in cold weather, it will gone in the end,
She had it from Saturday till next Friday afternoon, the Talyno and advil alternative is fine, you can't let her have too high fever, when my kids stay in bathtub she doesn't need that often medicine..
