non ulcer dyspepsia

after 5 yrs of sick stomach, I finally be diagnosed as non ulcer dyspepsia. Dr said it could last 3 months up to 10 yrs. simply i have to live with. it is easy to say. my question is there is anything else i can do to get cure fast, my quality of life is sucks last 5 yrs.
