help! report from ultrasound

I have back pain and stomach ache for a month. I did x-ray, untrasound and blood test.

Here is my untrasound report。

Findings: the study is limited due to lack of radical bladder filling. the uterus is anteflexed measuring 10 cm. the endometrium appears to 7.0 mm in thickness. there is evidence for a 6.2 cm cyst in the right adnexa. the right ovary is 8.2 cm,. the left ovary is 4.5 cm containing 3 cysts measuring 2 cm, 2 cm, and 1.7 cm. the questionable 6.3 cm mass in the posterior wall of the uterus.

Impression: possible 6.3 cm fibroid. large right ovay at 8.2 cm with a 6.2 cm cyst. no definite internal echoes are seen in the cyst. further surgical evaluation is warranted.
