乳腺的治疗和全切后的重建问题

37岁，已经做过右侧局部切除和Sentinel 淋巴切除。结果不是很好，Margin is not clear, stage II, Grade 3.所幸淋巴里没有癌细胞。 雌激素受体 70% positive, 孕激素受体 20% positive, her2 negative (score 1+). 做过genetic test, BRCA1 and BRCA2 all negative

医生建议左右两侧全切（mastectomy，左侧现在没有问题，but yonng patient, high risk 预防性全切 ), 化疗（probably TC, 还没见ONCOLOGIST, 具体方案大概要由ONCOLOGIST定）,还要做放疗.

因为放疗可能会烧伤皮肤, 建议放疗后再做乳房重建. 可是有人讲要放疗前做乳房重建,放疗后皮肤或其他组织受伤就没法再做乳房重建了.

在BREASTCANCER.ORG网上看到很多人讲implant 后一直很痛, 不舒服, 甚至有人又把implant取出. 可是我的整形医生讲他的病人最多只有1%的人有这样的情况,大多数人重建后4个星期就没有问题了,请有经验的人讲讲. 我有点不想做重建了如果会有问题的话.

一下子要做很多决定, overwhelmed, sigh. 请这儿的医生和有经验的人帮忙看看，提提建议。 谢谢大家。
